Who pays for the return shipping costs?

The shipping costs are charged to the customer. For this reason, for the return you can select the courier service of your preference. However, in case of return of faulty or incorrect items, Bundlex will pay the return shipping costs.

Is there a limited time frame in which a return can be completed?

Yes, the customer can make a return request within 10 days of order delivery.

How to return:

If you want to make a return request, please follow these steps:

  • Submit a ticket using the following link. Click Open a Support Ticket
  • Choose 'Return Order' as the subject of the ticket.
  • State your Order ID (e.g. SO1234) by entering it in the field 'Sale Order'
  • Next, in the field Description, specify the following information regarding the item(s) you want to return:

    • Article
    • Size
    • Quantity
    • Price
    • Return reason (wrong size, product is damaged, not what you ordered)

  • If you received faulty or incorrect items, please attach a photo of them and their labels via the Attachment(s) field
  • Finally, click 'Open a Ticket'

A member of our Customer Care Team will contact you and support you in the Return procedure.

The products must be returned intact and in their original packaging.

Can I request a refund for returned items?

When you return an item, you can choose how to process your return.

If applicable, Bundlex provides a refund in the form of a promo code valid for 1 year from the date it was issued.

Otherwise, if you wish to receive a refund, you can request it from our Customer Care Team. Please note that in order to be entitled to a refund, it is an essential condition that the items are returned in perfect condition, unused, with their original labels attached and, if possible, in their original packaging.

The sum of money will be credited within 14 days from the receipt of the parcel, after the administrative procedures and all the controls needed are carried out. The refunded amount will be credited back using the original payment method used for your purchase.

What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, follow the return procedure. When submitting the Return Order ticket, please remember to attach the photos of the items.
